I had a 2 day experience with Doug from your company doing quite a few jobs for us. I can't begin to tell you how satisfied we were with his professionalism, knowledge, workmanship, cleanliness and a "complete job well done"! In my 21 years in Real Estate, dealing with other companies, I can't tell you what a find you guys were! Besides the great job he did for us, he also noticed a car, driving slowly and didn't look quite right so he took down the license plate and gave a description of the people in the car. They stole a package from the next door neighbor. He didn't know if it was anything but did take the "extra step" by getting all information possible. Turns out, they found the car, the people and my next door neighbors came over today to personally thank him for doing what he did. Now that's what I call "over and beyond the call of duty"! You now have another future customer not only for that "extra" service but for my praise of his work. While this was going on today, we had someone putting up our Christmas lights and asked for his card. They have always worried about all the lights we put up and not enough safety. Doug changed that and that made them very happy.
In my business, we are almost certain to hear about the complaints, rarely the praise. I would like to thank you, and Doug for your fine services. A pre-printed price sheet makes me feel like we are not getting ripped off. "Great Job"!
